Leading the design and deployment of a complete digital ecosystem for a Polish architectural firm — cloud infrastructure, AI-powered search tools, generative design pipelines, automated client reporting, and visual asset management.

Shaped the product vision and design strategy for Occasion. Led a team of designers, drove end-to-end product design across both sides of the marketplace, and unified the brand and product experience into a cohesive system. Responsible for core user flows, booking architecture, provider dashboards, and the consumer-facing discovery experience.

Designed the product experience and visual identity for Goods — a curated discovery platform helping consumers find the best digitally native brands across every product category. Worked across the full stack of product design: browse and search UX, brand pages, category architecture, and the editorial layer that connects emerging brands with the right audiences.

Complete art direction and brand identity for two Zakopane-based businesses — a travel agency and a craft restaurant and brewery. Designed everything from ground up: logos, visual identity systems, packaging and label design, websites, print materials, and environmental signage. Built cohesive brand worlds that translate across digital and physical touchpoints.
